Gregorio (64) lives alone in a decaying house by the river, accompanied only by the memory of his late wife. His days follow a quiet routine, until every night a strange creature rises from the water to haunt his home. Isolated, feared by his neighbors, and harassed by hostile youths, Gregorio faces the dilemma of fleeing or confronting the monster.
